The stunning home once owned by former Hollywood golden couple Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt has been listed for sale by Hilton Hyland.
Designed by Southern California architect Wallace Neff, the home features a dining room that seats up to 20, a bar room, projector room, a gym, resort-like pool and an outdoor area with a fireplace.
Originally built in 1934, the couple remodelled the property to include a tennis court and guest house.
The main house has four bedrooms and a private exercise room, while the lower level features a bar and sitting room which opens out to a huge swimming pool and outdoor living area with a fireplace.
The 12,000 square feet property is located in the heart of Beverly Hills, one of Southern California’s most coveted and upscale neighbourhoods.
The home was originally purchased by the former couple in 2001 for $12.5 million.
