Lychee Ginger Rose cocktail recipe

Fun, sweet and a little bit fruity, toast to the warmer months with this High Ball mixer.

Ingredients

4 muddled lychees
45ml gin
15ml lychee liqueur
5ml rose syrup
15ml lime juice
Topped with Buderim Ginger Beer

Method

1. Combine all ingredients and stir

3. Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange wedge.
