This lovely little number is simple to prepare and ideal as a brunch or dinner party cocktail. While the warm colour evokes the russet tones of autumn and winter, enjoy it all year round.

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
400ml Lillet Rose, chilled
125ml gin
1 cup guava & apple juice, chilled
320ml chilled soda water
1 tbsp lime juice
Edible flowers, to garnish
METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a large jug over ice and stir to combine. Serve with edible flavours to garnish. Salute!
