With a plethora of luxury properties already under their belt, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are set to add to their portfolio with a USD$14million luxury Miami beachfront condo in their sights.
Reports are circulating that Hollywood’s power couple is in contract to buy the architect-designed property, located in Faena House – oceanfront on Miami Beach, where they would share an address with the cream of Florida’s bourgeois community.
With the property listed for sale for USD$15.5 million, according to Domino, the couple were seen viewing the unit in the luxury tower, which has been dubbed the “billionaire beach bunker”.
With interiors created by celebrated Miami local Fanny Haim – using a host of high-end designers and engineers, the four bedroom, five and a half bathroom apartment includes stunning balconies with sweeping ocean views and a custom designed entertainers’ kitchen by Molteni, so there’s no limit to the potential for a luxurious coastal getaway from their home in Hidden Hills, California.
With Miami the location for the second of the Kardashian’s boutique Dash fashion stores, the sisters may hold fond memories for the setting and, whether or not there is any truth to rumours already mooting a new Miami Beach-based Keeping Up With the Kardashians TV series, the lifestyle and trappings of celebrity royalty never looked so good.
