Start packing your scarf collection – the three-bedroom Fitzroy house Dr Nina Proudman calls home in Offspring has been listed on Airbnb. And predictably, it’s already been inundated with requests from people looking to live out their Offspring fantasy lives.
The 1900s Victorian-style home sleeps six (there are two bedrooms in the main part of the house and one in a garden studio with ensuite) and is a stone’s throw from many of the hit TV show’s other filming locations, including Nina Proudman’s favourite café.
In real life, the home is owned by interior designer Kali Cavanagh. “It’s amazing to be able to open up my home and share it with all kinds of people, now including fans of Offspring,” she told Domain. “Whether they’re wanting to experience what it’s like to live like Nina Proudman, to enjoy a curated space or simply explore the amazing cafes and restaurants in the Fitzroy community, it’s always a pleasure to share my home with new people.”
Although the living area’s walls are painted a Proudman-appropriate sage green on the show, in real life they’re a liveable white. Throughout, the home’s real-life styling is slightly less eclectic without Proudman and her daughter’s colourful paraphernalia – but we’re getting serious Offspring vibes regardless.
